At Mesh Molly, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return by following the policy outlined below.

Return Eligibility

We gladly accept eligible returns within 30 days from the date your package is delivered.

To qualify for a return, all items must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
  • Be returned in their original condition.
  • Include all original tags.
  • Be free from stains, makeup, perfume, odors, pet hair, or any visible signs of wear.
  • Be returned with the original packaging whenever possible.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused.


Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Final Sale items
  • Gift Cards
  • Bodysuits
  • Underwear & Lingerie
  • Swimwear with the hygiene liner removed
  • Earrings
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Beauty accessories
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

Before returning any merchandise, please contact our Customer Support Team.

  • Photos (if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect)

Once approved, we'll send you the return instructions along with the correct return address.

Please do not return any package without receiving authorization first.


Return Shipping Fees

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by our error, including:

  • Incorrect item received
  • Damaged item upon arrival
  • Verified manufacturing defect

Shipping fees paid during checkout are non-refundable.

For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning your package.


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days after delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order Number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the package
  • Photos of the shipping label

Our support team will review your request and arrange an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.


Refund Processing

After your returned package has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding your refund status.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may be required before the funds appear in your account.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours after they are placed.

After an order has entered processing or has already been shipped, cancellation requests can no longer be accepted.


Additional Information

Please note:

  • All returns require prior approval.
  • Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage after delivery are not eligible for a refund.
  • Customers should package returned items securely to avoid damage during transit.
  • Mesh Molly reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with this policy.
